In the jeans industry we often talk about water consumption, but this subject is more complex than it seems. Water is part of a cycle and therefore never disappears. But if we overconsume it in a region where it is lacking, and / or if we pollute it, the consequences can be dramatic. For these reasons: • their organic cotton comes mainly from Tanzania, Benin or Mali, where natural irrigation limits the need for artificial irrigation, • all their jeans are made from organic cotton so as not to pollute the water with pesticides , • all their jeans are dyed in dyers equipped with wastewater treatment plants using European standards, • all their jeans are washed without a single drop of water, by laser.
